Prosys will organize the OPC UA Developer Workshop, February 5-6, 2019. Workshop is arranged in co-operation with our partner Unified Automation GmbH, at Kalchreuth, Germany.

During these days the participants will learn how to create their own OPC UA Server and Client applications with the Prosys OPC UA Java SDK. Sample applications are developed using Java SDK, adding the most important OPC UA features step-by-step. Participants can use this knowledge to create their own connections to any device or system using OPC UA.

Participants not familiar of the OPC UA basic concepts are recommended to participate either the preparing OPC UA Introduction Seminar on January 22-23 or online seminar January 15. For more info about online seminar, please contact us by email at sales@prosysopc.com.

Participants will learn to:

  • Create a UA Server address space
  • Connect a UA Client and navigate through the Server address space to find information
  • Reading and writing of data
  • Creation of subscriptions to monitor data changes and events
  • Using UA methods

The target group are developers and software architects. The workshop requires base knowledge in object oriented software development and Java.
